정우는 대한민국의 싱어송라이터입니다. 2019년 9월 정규 1집 [여섯 번째 토요일]으로 데뷔한 그녀는 이후 싱글 [연가] 및 더블 싱글 [양｜종말], [옛날이야기 해주세요] 등을 발표하며 꾸준한 활동을 이어왔습니다. 2023년 11월, 기존에 고수해 온 포크/발라드가 아닌 새롭게 락/팝 장르를 차용해 정규 2집 [클라우드 쿠쿠랜드]를 발매하며 리스너들을 놀라게 했습니다. 아티스트로서의 성장과 가능성을 보인 [클라우드 쿠쿠 랜드]는 이듬해 그 작품성을 인정 받아 “21회 한국대중음악상 최우수 모던록 음반/노래 부문”에 노미네이트 되었습니다.

Jungwoo is a South Korean singer-songwriter. She debuted with her first full-length album, [6th saturday] in 2019. She has continued her activities since then, releasing singles such as [Love Song] and [The lamb | Dear.] and [Dawn] In November 2023, she surprised listeners by releasing her second full-length album [Cloud Cuckoo Land] by adopting a new rock/pop genre rather than the folk/ballad she had previously adhered to. [Cloud Cuckoo Land] which showed growth and potential as an artist, was nominated for the ‘Best Modern Rock Albums & Songs’ category in the [21st Korean Music Awards] the following year in recognition of its workability.
